I’ve been wanting to have this procedure done, honestly for as long as I can remember. I’ve always had large breasts, I started developing at about 12 yrs old. By the 8th grade I was a 32DDD, my breast’s remained fairly large up up until I had my son. They’ve never been very perky so I knew I would eventually want a lift and implants, especially after having my son I noticed moderate sagging and of course stretch marks. Dr. Ghorbani is amazing! I have two girlfriends that went to him and their results were amazing!

Congrats on your surgery! I also had a BL/BA so I know what you’re going through. Do you mind sharing what type/size implants you went with? Any other details you have to share (i.e. implant type/size, type of lift, specs) would be interesting to know. Wishing you a smooth healing… :-)

I decided to go with high profile 500CC since I wanted my breasts to look like how they used to pre baby! My doctor also removed a lot of my old damaged breast tissue! Originally my doctor said I would be fine with just a lollipop lift but once we got into surgery he ended up doing an anchor lift! The healing has been extremely smooth, thank goodness!

Update!

I need to start off with saying how obsessed I am with my new boobs! I can’t reme the last time I was able to try on ANY bathing suit and just love they way it fits. Not to mention backless dresses! I’ve never been able to even think about wearing them, and now that’s all I want to buy haha! My recovery has been extremely smooth! I was really worried about going back to work just 5 days after my surgery but thankfully it was easy! I was just very careful not to lift anything too heavy. I’d say the hardest part has been not being able to work out. And not to mention I wasn’t able to pick up my 3 year old, but thankfully he’s a smart little boy so I just explained to him that mommy wasn’t able to pick him up. I have my second post op appointment next week so I will post another update then!
