I now have increased dryness

At 47 I got this treatment for urinary incontinence and added benefits of tightening. I felt deceived being told "there is no pain involved with this procedure ". I had bad cramping during procedure and felt hot zings from time to time. It's been over 3 month and had some urinary improvements but painful sex everytime even with lube? Never had this issue that lube couldn't
fix. This is clearly something else- a different type of pain. Scarring? Burns? I dont know but this should not be happening. I now have increased dryness instead of less too. Full regret!
