First treatment was today. No redness after less than an hour. Totally painless They applied numbing cream and after about 20 minutes procedure was done. Absolutely no pain as having face and neck done. PRP was added afterward onto my face after procedure. I am leaving that on until morning. I have the next treatment scheduled in about 5 weeks. I am op g for good results

I had tried vivace (with prp) and also ultherapy specifically for collegen and tightening - the Ultherapy was bruatlly painful but gave me very visible results (but too painful to do again) and vivace's results were more subtle tho . My skin looked really good after prp vivace but the evidence of actual tightening was better with the ultherapy. Your skin will look really pretty afterwards on the vivace though!!! Also the deeper you can go with the needles and intensity, the better the results! It is a little addictive and kind of soothing! good luck!

My dermatologist tested the machine and didn't add it to her services. She hinted that the price was high and you could get similar results with PRP and microneedling. I read a dermatologist's answer regarding Vivace and she said the same thing. I buy dermarollers for home use. I will research Vivace more. Your experience is helpful. Thanks! Also a Med Spa near me offers this treatment for $600 a session and 1350 for three treatments. There are so many options for anti aging. You can microneedle, buy strong TCA or glycolic acid peels, shave your face at home for cheap and get good results. I mainly use my Dermatologist for fillers.

Question? What do you apply after microneeding. I have a .25 roller but haven’t used it yet. Because don’t know what to apply after.

Same for me. I had 3 treatments I am 56. I have no difference to my face at all. I am extremely disappointed and mad at myself!

I think I see enough results to continue with my 2 more treatment but they are very subtle results if any at all. I need to ask her ow far she went down on my neck because he upper half seems a lot smoother and I don’t remember ow far she went down.

Good luck on your remaining two treatments. It should give you a glow and more life to your skin. I routinely get fillers, like Radiesse and Bellafill, I shave my face with those little razors and I self microneedle. I try to do what I can at home and go to the pros for fillers. But I may try the Vivace.

Breaking out

I do have a couple pimples that have broken out in the past couple days. Don’t know why that is going on or if that is normal. I usually have very clear skin. Just wrinkles.
