Horrible Grid Marks for Seven Weeks

I had no problem with my skin at all. My doctor recommended rf microneedling foe rejuvenation. After my 2nd treatment which was so aggressive my skin is way worse I have horrible grid marks all over my face specially under my eyes. My doctor has been giving me different creams for 7 weeks but no change. She told me I'm a slow healer but I think the settings were too aggressive for my skin type. In addition to that it resulted in hyperpigmentation and acne flare up
I cry every single day please if any went through that tell me what to do. These are my pictures after 7 weeks
