I just turned 40 and have two young kids. I work out 5 days a week and eat healthy. However there were a few areas I just couldn't tone up! I do ab workouts every day and used to have a very flat stomach. After two pregnancies and gaining/losing about 40 lbs with each, I just couldn't spot-reduce in my ab area.
