I have my primary rhinoplasty last year. My side profile is fine but i don’t like my front profile because it was upturned and my nostril is very visible. My surgeon said it will drop. My nose is still swollen.ImI will attach my before and after photo

How long since your surgery because the nose tip usually drops after a few weeks. You may just have to give it a bit more time for the tip to settle. Do you mind me asking who did your surgery?
