Actually this was done at a dermatologist office by the fnp. She is wonderful and honestly they can't screw it up. As long as the paddles are placed properly it works fine. It hurts but is bearable no need for sedation. Yesterday I took 2 Tylenol before I went because I knew what to expect from my first treatment. I know also after treatment to bed I go because I experience a lot of pain. Today I'm feeling much better and will be at work tonight. My advice is massage massage massage. My experience wasn't as pain free as everyone claims but you can also see I definitely had a 25% fat reduction I couldn't be happier with the results! I bought a waist trainer before my first procedure which I couldn't wear and now I can. I try and wear it 2 hours a day but just started that this week. Drink lots of water get at least 10,000 steps per day and eat clean as much as possible. This all helps get great results.

I have heard bad things about cool sculpt and honestly did not look in to ultra shape because it isn't offered in my area. Sculpsure seemed so much less invasive than anything else. I will say I had a tremendous amount of pain afterwards for up to 2 weeks but I also had lower and upper abs done on the same day. I go back a week from today for a second treatment. I will only do one area at a time from now on. Anxious to see my before and six weeks after pics from my provider. I was a size 6 prior to the procedure and now I'm a size 4. There's a difference but it's not dramatic yet and probably won't be to everyone else. The important thing is if there is a difference to me.
