Extra Crease on Upper Eyelid - Virginia

I had strabismus surgery on both of my eyes a little over a month ago. About 2 days after the surgery, I noticed that I started to have an extra crease on the upper eyelid of my left eye. I have never had this issue before and was wondering what could have caused this and if there is anything that I can do to fix this problem. Thank you.
