All that medicine really constipates a person...so i had to take a stool softener. ..i havent been able to breathe thru my nose that good because of the splints...its a job keeping up with pills nasal saline 5x a day and i been having horrible nasal drip....i really couldn't sleep at night since i have been breathing out my mouth so Dr.Choe prescribed Ambien to help me sleep thank God lol I've been using it since the surgery ...i shouldn't need it after these splints are out. ..so appetite wise is getting better at first couldn't finish a cup of yogurt now i can almost eat a full meal the swelling around my eyes are going down....thanks to arnica probably. ..my swelling got bad on the 3rd day...those 1st 3 days you'll need someone there with you as a caregiver for sure lol afterwards you'll definitely need to pace yourself...i been out in the world with the cast on to a few places since I'm one of those people who can't stay home all day lol...and it wasn't too bad some people look sympathetic ,ask question or look like they got jokes...as far as my nose i can tell it's more define and my lip looks fuller but that's about it lol...can't wait til the cast comes off and these irritating splints are out...I've seen Dr.Choe twice since surgery for checkups. ..he's great :)

Glad you're feeling better day by day and that you are almost eating a full meal. Be sure to drink lots of water too.
