well it has been 5 months and I feel great I have lost about 20pds since surgery. I am currently waist training and dieting. I feel great.

You look great what did you to to get your abdomen looking great any excercise I can do I'm in the same boat love my surgery but feel dr left too much fat by abdomen dr says it's because I would have loose skin but is rather skin than fat I wear waist trainer daily and trying to eat better but want to wear a two piece like you any suggestions would help I'm almost three months out you can see my pics

How are about this about this now in 2017? I was just quoted 8k for lipo abdomen, flanks, hips, back, moms pubis...which seems pretty costly vs the tummy tuck with lipo of abdomen and flanks at 6200

well I am down to a size 10 i am still healing. stomach is not as flat as i want it to be but I am very happy with my body.I do plan to get more work done later.

Feeling Better

It is going on 4 weeks now and my swelling started to go down. I feel much better. My figure is looking amazing now. I have not weighted myself because I am waiting to see at my follow up appointment this Wednesday. I have been reducing my calorie intake. I will not workout until I see the doctor just to be safe because the last time I workout I got very swollen and had a lot of problems.

Yoi look amazing! I can't even wear white pants without looking like a sausage haha! You look good girl. I could never tell you had 6 kids. Be patient with the healing process. I have good and bad days too :( :)
