Sorry I haven't updated in a few days, been really busy at work. I am feeling great, took pain meds Friday-Sunday and then back to work Monday. I was allowed to remove ace bandage and shower Monday which was NICE:) I still have steri-strips over my nipple incisions and have been wearing a stretchy sports bra. I had follow up appointment with PS yesterday and everything looks fine but I am concerned about my right breast which seems dented in on the bottom:( I am hoping it will resolve itself in time. I have a follow up appointment in 6 weeks and I am sure they will change a lot by then. PS said he "scored" the inside to make everything stick together and close hole faster, did not remove capsules and my body will absorb whats left on its on. I am so glad I had them removed, love feeling so much lighter, I just hope the "dent" fixes itself as I didn't have that when they were deflated. Thank you everyone for your support:)

You look fantastic! I needed that! Scheduled for explant one week from today and anxiety is high! Almost tearful which is embarrassing as I got myself into this mess! Can't complain but good to hear and see others. Thank you for sharing.

hi ready2bnaturalagain! i had mine out recently, my right under-breast incision is dented in, also. look at it this way, it's still better to be like this than to have those implants inside of us. i think it will get better with time, but in bikinis & in clothes, we will look AWESOME! i actually i look pretty great naked---including the scar! it's all about the confidence and not caring about other people's lame opinions. good luck with recovery!

I am so happy! I am 5 weeks post. I decided not to do anything but explant even though I did feel pressured to do another impact or at least a lift. I feel lighter and free! I had 375cc under muscle and I am 5'4" 130 pounds. It's nice to have my natural soft body back. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder! I do not think they look too far off from pre implants which was 4 years go. I feel more confident now than with implants. I have no regrets! Are you thinking about explanting?

oh another interesting thing….my girls ages 10 and 12 did not notice anything different after explanting and they are always in the bathroom with me showering and doing hair. They are very observant and notice everything but did not even take a second look. I was happy about that. They are unaware of all of this but I thought for sure they would ask what happened to them? Nope. Nothing!

I am looking forward to an increase in confidence! I am tired of hiding these huge things. I am 5'2" and 115 with 450+Ccs. I wear the tightest bra that hides them the best right now. I have a consult in a couple of weeks. I am so happy that all I have to do is take them out to be free. I never wanted the scars from the lift. I'm okay with a little sag. Can you wear a nice bra and they still look good? Do you look slimmer overall?

Yes. I look slimmer overall. I felt like a barrel on top no matter what! I was also hiding mine and dressed to minimize so I never dressed or looked sexy. I can wear a bra and look just fine. I even had a suit on yesterday and it worked too. I still have normal incision pain underneath so things still bother me like underwire. I do not want scars either from a lift and I am Ok with a little sag as well as that is a natural thing! I actually can buy a dress size 4-6 again and it fits me and looks more flattering to finally have it fitted around waist and not having to buy a bigger size just for my top. I am super happy. It's funny when I lay down though cuz that's when I notice the most difference. They do flatten out when before they would be up and there. I don't mind that either and it's soooo comfy to sleep on my stomach again. I am glad the doctor did not talk me in to another implant (smaller) and a lift. I almost did the whole thing again but decided to do the least first. Post op is easy as well. Nothing like going in. Keep me posted. Don't feel the pressure to do anything you don't want to. You can always go back later. I think I am so happy to feel better and free too so I just want to be me. I was counting down the days unit they were out. I was scared of surgery but all went smoothly!

I just dropped of my son at kinder and had to talk to the teacher about something. She kept looking down at my boobs! Several times like she was distracted! Like I said, I'm wearing a super minimizer and black tshirt! I can't wait to put this behind me......thank you for your support Randy. I will keep you posted! Consult next Friday and then the soonest appt. available!

So I hhad the actual explant this morning. I am home now and resting, a little more pain than I anticipated but managing fine with pain meds. I will have a follow up appointment Wednesday where I will have the bandages removed so will be looking forward to that:) I do not have any drains and incisions were at bottom of my nipple where the implants were initially put in. PS said he did some internal stitches and then put steri-strips on the outside.

So I get my actual implants removed this Friday:) I already had them deflated last Wed so hopefully Friday will be pretty easy. I have been using bio oil and Palmers cocoa butter firming cream to help boobies firm back. I will post pic Wednesday at 1 week deflation:)

Wow! You have great natural boobs… are you sure they deflated your implants?! Dang girl, you don't need a thing - other than to get those empty bags out. Best wishes to you for an easy and uneventful surgery, and a happy, healthy recovery.

Got my Explant today. My kids said I don't look different. Ha. I was a very full 38DDD. I'll probably be a a small 36DD cuz I had lipo on the side of the breast and upper back. I love it! I'm finally free after 17years:) good luck on your removal! I feel so lite!

Major CONGRATS! Can only imagine how wonderful you feel. My explant is this Friday March 14th. I am giddy with excitement to look and feel normal with all natural boobs. I am also having a breast lift at the same time. Again so happy for you. Keep us posted on your progress..hugs

Monroe45...lucky you! Did you have a lift too? My explant surgery is tomorrow at 7:30. Explant, capuslotomies and lift. My Dr. says it will take about 2 hrs. Sooooo looking forward to getting rid of these "lumpy tennis ball boobs" and get some natural soft ones. Keep us posted on your progress. Positive thoughts for a speedy recovery. Smiles

Doing oh so good! Really really looking forward to getting this explant done. So want to be able to wear decent size clothes and not have my boobs be the first thing anyone sees when they.meet me..ha ha. Wanr to buy size mediium tops and not large just to accommodate my huge boobs. Will pist before pics tonight and post after surgery pics tomorrow. Thanks for your thoughts..hugs...til tomorrow.xo
