One week post op I think it was noticeably better. The pain does subside more and more each day but day 7 is the golden day, for me. I was able to walk around with more comfort but on day 8 I was pretty sore. I feel fabulous today, day 9, and am able to stretch and it feels amazing. I just cannot lay on my side yet, so sleeping is still pretty rough...and cuddling with my fiancé. I don't think I'd do it again but love my results and am so happy with the outcome. I also started my exercises one week post op, which should not be hard or painful.

Still pretty painful moving arms too much. Today I did dishes but I still have to move pretty slow. I had to take myself off the pain meds. They hurt my stomach too much and blocked me up. So doing it the all natural way. I still get really sharp pains in my left side. They look like they're dropping and my fiancé says they look REALLY good. Idk how people r driving afterwards; pretty painful being up too long. But the gravity doesn't hurt near as much as it did the first two days post op.

Expect pain!

I did so much research on BA and I don't remember anyone mentioning how painful this procedure is! My doctor did tell me I had a lot of muscle and I went sub pectoral. So he had to cut through a lot of muscle. Omg I'm in so much pain!! I can't hardly do anything for myself I think it'll be worth it. So yes def be sure u want this procedure done for all the right reasons...for u! I'm not sure of if this was worth it as it takes ur boobs a good six months to fully settle. I went 550 in the right and 530 in the left.
Oh!! And make sure to take Colace/laxative if you're taking pain meds. U will get blocked up and it will make things so much worse with trying to make urself feel better.
No pictures out of respect to my finance.
