I have always had small breasts and always wanted implants. I had two children whom I breast fed the youngest for two years. My husband and I decided we are done with children and so it is time!! My breasts definitely need some assistance because I was a small A and grew to a DD and now they are almost nothing. I'm really excited and scared and nervous at the same time!

Feeling very tight today. And still very tired! Is it normal to feel tightness and stiffness all around my back? It's also very hard to lift my arms up. Anyone else feel this way?

Hi Beth! Thank you! I am pretty sure I got 400, filled to 425. I was a bit groggy so at my follow up tomorrow I'm asking again. Where is the March 2017 forum?

Day 3 post op
Day 3 is going much better! I had my dressings removed and now I'm wearing the basic sport bra 24 hours! I'm so happy with the way things are going and the pain is subsiding into mostly pressure now! I got to take a shower today and wash my hair! I've had one aleve for discomfort today and one hydrocodone last night for sleep. When did you ladies notice your implants start to drop and get 'fluffy' or softer?

Mine didnt start to soften until 2-3 months, but I got a different implant than you.
