My abdomen is still painful, I would say shooting pain. I am a li'l worried about my belly button because of the lump I felt around it. Is it normal?

that's how my rear flanks felt - it was about a week of being uncomfortable and odd sensations but after a week, was fine. I am with the other commenter above - wish I had your before instead of mine!!! I'd be ecstatic if my after looked like your before haha

I am no longer in pain, whew, I love the ease feeling now. The only thing is, I feel a small lump around my belly button but it wasn't as bad few days ago. I tried to massage it like what doni g advised. So far it's really getting better. I'm still numb and swollen on my areas of treatment so I can't see changes yet.

I use this scrubby thing on all my treated areas for cellulite in the shower every day, just to work the different areas and help it keep going. It's been almost 2 months since my upper and lower abs were done. I haven't seen a big difference but when I went for my follow up they told me it would be 4 months before I really saw anything. My doctor is doing VaserShape on me tomorrow, same areas as the Coolsculpting. Vaser isn't permanent but he said its a nice compliment to what I have done and may help me to get better results. I hope so... I've seen some great results on others here. But they didn't have as much fat as I did in the stomach, lol

Please keep us posted. Your body size/fat area is very similar to me. My procedure is tomorrow. They are using 2 on my abs like yours. I'm having my sides done too if they are able to suck them in. They are uncertian if I have enough to do. I'm interested to see how you progress. I wish you luck!

Goodluck on your procedure. It will sting first but you'll get numb eventually. The painful part is the 2 mins massage right after the suction cup is removed, I didn't like the feeling, it almost made me puke, but I survived, lol, but You might have a different reaction. My thoughts were, "I want to remove my pooch so I'd tolerate the discomfort." I was scheduled for 2 sides too but I ended up doing my inner thighs instead. The nurse said my sides were too narrow for suction cups they would not get tight suction. Well, update me on your treatment. I am excited for you.

How was your outcome? My stomach was done 4 months ago and my stomach is lumpy now :( I'm hoping it smooths out over time?
I started questioning if less fat = poor results.

I had coolsculpting 4 days ago on my abdomen and inner thighs. I got a small pooch and saddle bag that never go away so I decided to try this. Right now, the outside is numb and some sort of painful, itchy feeling inside but I am currently using a Compression Garment so I could barely feel the discomfort. It works really well,especially on my 2nd day after treatment, I went to a 5K Fun Run and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. As long as I keep my compression belt, I should be okay. Hopefully, I will see the results soon...

Lots of users see maximum results after several months so hang in there.  You look fantastic!

If you went on a 5K run, it sounds like you're doing quite well.  If you experience some pain, some users have shared what has worked for them in this forum.

How many more treatments will you have?  Please keep us updated.

I am not sure if I will have another treatment. It will depend on my results. But I was told that once is effective on many cases. And yes, I still have pain on my tummy, it doesn't bother me much but it's tingly feeling from time to time. And thank you for welcoming me here...

So far, I don't see results yet but I'm stil hopeful. I don't do much gym lately but I do run and I have a pretty healthy diet, well, atleast in my opinion, lol.

Too bad you wasted your money because all you needed was a diet change and exercise regime ...not Coolscuplting ... But if I guess you want less work and faster results
