I decided to go from a small B to a larger size. I went with 420cc of silicone. I now have a D breast size and it looks extremely natural. I haven't even been questioned by family if I've had anything done because they fit perfectly with my size. Some cons would be that the recovery time was more painful than expected and sometimes it is hard to find a comfy position when I sleep. Overall it was so worth it!

Dr Mancoll was very helpful and honest when picking out the implant size. He listened to my concerns and said his goal was for them to look as natural as possible. He is very kind and is willing to talk through any worries. My 3 month and 6 month post op I had to wait a bit in the waitin room. Dr Mancoll stays busy and he is definitely worth any wait.
