WORTH IT
Hello everyone, I have been stalking this site for about 2 years. I decided enough was enough! My life was beginning to flash before my eyes. Its like being in a long tube unable to grip onto the side. I was living in denial. And it wasnt that river over in Egypt! I faced my fears! My highest weight had climbed to 243! I couldn't believe it. My true essence was burried under the fat

Yesterday I really overdid it! Too much walking and getting in and out of the car. Stomach began to swell. Sip sip sip all day long. Crystal light, broth, protein shake. Its hard to get all of the protein. Sleeve will definitely tell you when to stop. Two incision sites really sore on the right side. But feeling much better this morning. This is my new life. Must stick to the plan. The best gift I couldve ever gotten for myself. Happy Holidays Everybody!
