I originally wasn't going to write a review, but I am so happy with my results and I'm still addicted to reading this site lol
I'm now 1 week tomorrow post op and absolutely loving my results I started off a small 34a :-( I'm 31yo 5'6" and weigh 9st4 approx 140 lbs,
after bf both my 2 children who are now 12&10 I was left empty n deflated n had always wanted to have a ba, I opted to go to Belgium since I had known a couple of my clients (I'm a nail tech) had theirs done there n they liked great! Plus it was cheaper , although very anxious I went for my consultation on 27th October and paid my deposit! Omg it was scary in 3 weeks I was to have a set of boobs lol everyday running up to procedure I scanned this site and the web absolutely addicted to boobs even my phone was full of pics???? lol
So now I'm a week Tomo post op and I couldn't be any happier! I had Dr Sara ulens who was absolutely fantastic n very thourough and caring to my needs, I was originally told at consultation in London I could have 550cc as was wanting a DD cup outcome , on the day of surgery Dr Sara ulens advised that 475 UHP textured round silicone would be the max I could go for, but could possibly only have 435cc as one of my breast widths was smaller than the other, I trusted her judgement after she explained all, she finally said she will try 475 if they don't fit then 435 I was happy she was going to try :-)
Once I woke I found the 475cc had been placed and I was ecstatic! :-) they were huge! I'm so glad I wasn't allowed the larger 550cc!! Haha
Day one was a breeze I mostly slept got back to hotel and had a peek lol I instantly fell in love!! Day 2 I traveled back home to UK via Eurostar it was easy but uncomfortable being upright allday! My poor friend carried all my bags etc once I was home I took more sneaky looks n pics ! They look great!! No real pains just high and swollen very tight!
In day 5 I had to be naughty and try my old bikinis and needless to say I can't wait for next summer lol
Day 6 has been the worst I popped to shops with my friend and I had sharp stabbing pains run through my incisions, I was paranoid I had split them n rushed home , I was fine I just think it's because I'm not taking much pain relief as I've not had really any proper pains. Its now a week Tomo and I'm so happy still with my results, I can't wait to go bra shopping and be sized :)
I'm going to post some pics I've taken so far this week and continue with progress, so far no bruising either but have suffered with a bloated belly as took 6 days to go to loo , did any one else have this problem?

Left boob so high n tight :-(
Not sure if it's normal but my right boob is so relaxed n starting to drop but my left boob as of yesterday is high n tight especially the muscle near my armpit :-( not a pain but it's like I can feel my implant squash against my arm if it's down the side? Not sure if it makes sense? I've lightly massaged it too try loosen up but not really helping :(

I see this happen a lot. Girls usually massage the tighter breast to help it drop and fluff.
Did you end up getting DDs? I am your height and weight and my doctor told me to go over 500 CCs to get a D and it just seems so big!

I haven't been sized yet Hun but they starting to look bigger the more shape n relaxed they get, my breast width was only able to take a 475cc n that was pushing it! Lol I was told she would try for that size as on right it would fit perfect but left that size may be a tad too big but wouldn't know for sure till she put it in, so when I woke I was half expecting her to say no had to have 435cc but didn't

I am going under the muscle too. Can't wait to see update pics and hear about your final size! They told me 460 was as big as I should go to keep the width natural but when they showed me the virtual augmentation I liked the look of the 540. It is a struggle!

I was originally told I could have 500/550cc but I'm so glad I wasn't allowed as the look I have with 475s is the look I thought I would get with 500+, I'll take sides later with the updates xx
