I'm being crazy with my tattoo, i have no idea why i did it 2 months ago. I've been regretting day by day because my mistake. Now i feel like my life will be ruined and i'm so desparate because this tattoo, I've researched a lot of information about tattoo removal in this web, as far as i've known, picosure laser can make tattoo fade faster than laser YAG, however my tattoo includes black, red and yellow colors which recommended to be treated by YAG rather than by picosure. My question is which kind of laser should be the most suitable method for me and how many treatment that I will have to take to remove it completely. how much does it cost for removing my tattoo? Thanks for your help. ( English is not my native language, so sorry about grammar mistakes)

That's unfortunate. Don't call yourself stupid, it was what you wanted at the time and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. It's a normal reaction to be angry or place blame on yourself for a decision that later turns out to not have been the best one. However right or wrong, every decision we make in life is what we really wanted in that moment. Ok, so now you realize it wasn't the best idea, and your struggling...but self-blame isn't going to make this any easier to deal with or make the tattoo go away any faster. It’s futile to harass yourself with regretful thoughts and it's only going to make yourself feel worse. I have been there, I went through the whole tattoo regret fiasco, and the one thing I regret even more than the tattoo is how hard I was on myself and disappointed that I allowed the tattoo to take over my life causing me so much anguish. It's not worth it in the end. So you're probably thinking "it's easier said than done to stop all this worry and regret" - I know it's not easy, the first step to making it easier, in my opinion, is forgive yourself and accept the situation. Work towards a solution, in which you have already done as you are here researching tattoo removal. This community is extremely supportive, so stick with us and we will help you through this. Chin up, everything is going to be fine, you will see. xo
