Gym or cool sculpting?
5 weeks out from treatment and definitely see a difference but not sure if it's hard work or cool sculpting. Still too much belly and not the result I was looking for. I hear conflicting stories about length of time it takes to get final results. I'm losing hope that I will get the flat belly I want. 5 lb difference and change may be related to that rather than CS. Front looks lots better but side view still pretty chunky. Jury is still out.

I do see a difference but I'm not sure if its CS or gym time. I have lost 5 lbs since procedure so I don't know. Really hoping for a two month result that is drastically different, not just improved. I still have a roll of belly fat when I sit.
One week post CS
So didn't really expect a change a week out but here's what my belly looks like now. No bruising and minimal discomfort. Never got the shooting pains people write about. I was very numb but that has resolved about 85%. I do feel like the texture of my belly fat has changed and is softer. Have worked out extra hard and hoping I will be one of the lucky folks who see a change at 3 week mark. Will post next week at two.

Doctor was in and out pretty quickly. I had done a lot of research though and had few questions. Technician took her time and was very nice.
