Sideburns Hair Removal, Alma Laser Cool Soprano
ORIGINAL POST
My sideburns bothered me a lot so looked up a hair...
WORTH IT$248
My sideburns bothered me a lot so looked up a hair removal place to get rid of them.
I wanted to get them removed with the lightsheer laser but since it is insanely expensive I chose to remove them with the Alma laser.
One treatment costs 25€ and I probabl need 10.
The procedure wasn't painful at all.

I'm very happy because I can really see a difference after the first treatment.
Next week I'm going to get the next one.

3rd Treatment
A few weeks after my second laser session I was terriefied because I noticed that on my right side of my face the hair grew out darker and thicker than it was before!
Maybe the laser setting was too low so instead of destroying the hair follicles, the laser stimulated them.
I told my esthetician about my concerns and she used a higher intensity setting. I have actually a high pain tolerance level but guys... Let me tell you that it hurt freaking bad! I thought my skin was burning and I could feel the pain through my cheeks and even my teeth.
I hope it will be worth all the money and the pain...
P.S.: The right side of my face, had always be more hairy...

I’m an electrologist since 30 years and I offen saw bad results from laser in the face, specially when the hairs are down, not black and the bulge not charged with enough dark melanin.
The laser burn the outsider part of the hair, same thing if you use a rasor or a candle on your face. The effects are that the hairs will growth again but more thicker.
The only practice to remove down, blond and fine hairs permanently hair is elecrolysis.
