VI Peel went wrong, 7 days later & face is still very, very red

I had scheduled to get a VI Peel, never had one before. I want to say not my cup of tea. Will not try again. I had a horrible experience with the peel. 7 days later and my face is still very very red. Looks like I was burnt with hot water. It’s extremely painful, I followed the instructions religiously and I ended up worse than ever. Extremely painful, burning sensation at all times, I am hoping with time my face will heal and get back to normal. The staff extremely professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I don’t blame the People that applied the peel. I believe I had a bad reaction to the peel.
