Patient Coordinator Had Horrible Professionalism

Terrible customer treatment. Patient coordinator (Jessica Brock) had a very asinine attitude. I think paying customers should be treated with some respect, so I made the mistake of telling her that she came off a little rude, even if she didn't intend to be. Instead of apologizing she exploded on me and just yelled at me in front of everyone. I understand everyone has bad days, but a patient coordinator should never be this unprofessional
