I’ve had two of my three peels. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happened! My face never peeled and I’m left with wrinkles and age spots for a huge cost. My MD contacted the VI Peel rep and she suggested a facial prior to my third peel. My appointment is this week so we’ll see what happens. Either way I’m out $750 because the first two peels didn’t work, and possibly the third.
NOT the MD’s fault, he did what he could the second time to try and make it work.

PS I would think we should dispute this with our credit card company. But these places always make you sign a disclaimer that basically gives them the right to get away with this. I would check yours closely and try could get this charge removed through your credit card company because after all if we pay for a peel and we don't peel , we deserve our money back!

That's weird, no peeling. The VI peels are very strong, especially the precision plus. I've done both & had lots of peeling. Maybe the peels were expired or not authentic

Actually they are not very strong. I found out after the fact that they only contain 12% TCA. That's basically nothing. I've done 40% TCA peels on their own with MAJOR results. This was a total joke and waste of money for me as well. And I did the VI Precision Plus peel too which is the stronger one...twice. A little slight flaking the first peel but nothing substantial...and then literally nothing the second time. These peels are $400 a pop. Yes super disappointing. Total waste of my money that I was really already stretching to spend in the first place.

Hi Jenn234, I meant strong in the sense that made me peel like crazy. I mean excessive peeling to the point you don't want to be seen in public. This product works amazingly great for hyperpigmentation :-) just make sure you buy an authentic peel kit

Wow no peeling at all! My 2nd peel and both times I peeling like a snake or zombie. Wonder if it was a bad batch missing part of i ingredients. The md should refund/try again with newer product. Doesn’t hurt to ask, word of mouth advertising
peel. I think they've changed the formulation on this cuz I've known people that have peeled with this before, but I've already had three that left me w/ dry, flaky skin w/out peeling. I would suggest dermaplaning would prep your skin a little better than a facial, but wont guarantee u will peel. Also check to see the expiration dates on the product. I did that thinking maybe that was the problem maybe there were using expired products but mine were up-to-date but I still didn't peel. Also don't waste your money on the Viva radio frequency micro-needling another bad joke
