Vertical Restore Facelift - Very little to no lift in lower face

Very disappointed with facelift. Very little to no lift in lower face still have marionette lines and jouls. I do have a tighter neck but feel it looks like its been lifted to under my chin giving me the appearance of a double chin which I never had before. Whilst I never expected to look 20 I thought at 49 it would give me an overall looks good for my age vibe.
