Well here are my pics and update. I LOVE my new additions and I hope being a female of 40 years of age 5'8" and 175 lbs helps others. When I first began this journey there were not many stories of others with my measurements. In addition, there were not many stories including with overs. So really I hope this helps the next person.

Thank you for sharing! I agree there aren't much info on larger framed girls, like me! I'm 5'7" 165 lbs and athletic build. I already have a nice C cup so I'm going with 480CC over the muscle too. My surgery is Tues and I can't wait!

I'm much better now! I'm having these occasional twinges. I'm thinking it's still the nerves firing up. I'm not waking up as stiff and sore anymore. Most of the swelling is gone too! Drop and fluff is happening...too slowly for my tastes!

This is soooooo helpful! I don't usually see women with my weight and height on here. They are all usually so tiny, which is great but it doesn't give me an idea of what I'd look like! Thank you for sharing your story and journey. It's been very helpful to me!!!

So far so GREAT!! I am off the prescription pain meds, but still taking over the counter ibuprophen. My PS said this was ok. If I try to do to much I get tired, but I have to remind myself I just had surgery and my body needs time to rest so it can heal. I am VERY happy I went with 500cc. I was so nervous they would be to big but I ham a thick female with wide shoulders and wide hips. I know when my new additions begin to drop and soften they will be exactly what I was hoping for. My next doctors apt is on Friday 4/24/15. Can't wait, that is when I will learn how to massage my breasts and change my bra. I am hoping my PS will ok me to start riding my bike again soon too. I quit smoking 2 weeks ago so I have been gaining a few pounds (substituting food for smokes) I could really use the fresh air and exercise. I have to remember my new boobs weigh about 2.5 pounds too so its not all gained weight haha. I will post new pics this coming weekend thanks to all of you for your support and kindness.

Don't forget that you have water retention from the meds and IV too! It will take about a week to flush out of your system. Great job on quiting smoking! Glad to hear you're doing well!

Thank you so much for your support!!! It means the world to me. I am off the pain meds and I am so backed up it's AWFUL. Can't wait for my body to flush all the bloating and what not out. I have to say... I am loving my new breasts wish I would have done this sooner!!!!!

Hahaha that's how I felt about mine too...the constipation too! I normally eat a Paleo diet and relying on hubby to cook my meals, I didn't always get Paleo compliant meals! So, on top of all the meds and eating things my body wasn't used to, let's just say my intestines were NOT happy! I suggest LOTS of water, veggies and stool softener. You should be back to normal real quick!

LOL!!!! I went overboard yesterday, I drank some magnesium chloride ... so lets just say I dropped 4.5 pounds over night LITERALLY!!!! I feel so much better ha ha. I will up the water, fruit, and veggies too. :)
April 22, 2015
Hahahaha relief is a beautiful thing!! LOL I drink at least a gallon of water a day. Seems like a lot, but when I don't, I can feel a difference.

don't go back to smoking! if you can do it for 2 weeks, you can do it full stop! honestly, it will be the best thing you've ever done

Thanks for the support I have not gone back but find myself thinking of smoking on a daily basis. Quitting is extremely difficult, but I know the way to go. Thanks for the support :)

I still think about smoking 3 years after giving up.... but it gets easier! thinking and doing are different. you'll notice the difference properly in about 6 weeks. its usually just a habit, try peeling oranges to stop the cravings, you do something with your hands, it takes as long as having a cigarette and the strong smell will substitute the smoke smell. vit c instead of tobacco! x

Doing great!! Not much pain, already cut my pain pills in half, breast are still swollen. My PS said I will change bras in a week and begin to massage my new beauty's (hee hee) so they will drop and fluff (My meaning of drop in fluff look more natural and soften. My incision site is actually quite small and I think will heal nicely in time. Can't wait to go bathing suit shopping in about a month woohoo!!!!

I went bathing suit shopping today. I ended up just getting a cheap suit from Target, cuz we are going to Hawaii in July and I want to start working on my tan! The twins are sitting pretty high and my right side is still more swollen than my left. I'm so not used to having SUCH large breasts! I love it! LOL

Hawaii NICE!!! That sounds AMAZING :) What type of bathing suit did you get?

I originally was just going to buy the bottoms, cuz I FINALLY found some boy short bottoms that looked decent, had good tummy roll coverage and made me feel comfortable with the amount of skin I am showing! LOL then I figured I might as well try on a top too. I ended up going with a simple bikini top. I took the pads out when I realized they were removable and they look great! It ties at the neck and around the chest, so it will adjust with me. I'm still gonna have to buy more tops and probably another bottom, cuz I plan on being in one a good portion of our time in Maui! This cheap little one from Target WILL make it into my luggage too. :-). I can't wait to try on some from VS.
