4 weeks update
Ok, so far I am feeling great! Yesterday I had my 4 week follow up and everything is looking great, I was clear to start cardio. My surgen also wanted me to start the silicone treatment for my scars.
I'm also back at work, and the swelling is getting better. I am sleeping better thankfully I was told that I don't have to use my compression garment to sleep any more woohoo!!
I am still holding the sex part even though my surgeon told me I was ok to resume sex I don't feel secure just yet. Maybe 2 more weeks.

No drains any more!!
I finally got the drains out and it to my body shaper, it is comfortable I have to wear it all day and night. I feel more secure like this I have to say!! Everything is healing very good.
The only thing is that Night sleep still a uncomfortable since I can only sleep on my back and I am a side sleeper.
