Office review: I Called for a Consultation - Chicago, IL

I called for a consultation because the doctors were in Illinois and I'm in Chicago. To my amazement, when I asked a couple of questions, I found out that I would consult with a consultant (a non medical salesperson) . The doctor does not see me .The receptionist said that I would recognize the doctor at procedure time because he would have a white coat on. When you see this sort of assembly line you have to be very careful. Basically I declined their offer
