Venus Legacy Very Negative Result for Me!

I've been receiving botox injections from this dr for the past several years and have been extremely happy. The Venus Legacy treatments that I received for my neck, by one of his staff, did not work and caused my jawline to sag. I woke up the day after my 4th treatment on 04/17/19 and cried for 3 hours. The lines on either side of my mouth were extended downward. Over the next couple of months I started to have more sagging and jowls. The left side of my face was worse which I remembered feeling intense heat during the treatments. I went to have my neck tightened and lifted which never happened. Initially I wanted to do Ultherapy but thought I was saving money going with Venus Legacy. If I'd done all 6 VL treatments the cost would have about the same. I've met with 2 doctors regarding reversing the negative effects of the VL treatments.
Unfortunately, I don't have before and after pictures.

I'm so sorry you had a negative effect but thank you for sharing your experience. The doctors office i go to for treatments are trying to sell me this for my face to tighten up my jawline. After reading your experience I'm not going to do it! I'll wait to find a good plastic surgeon for a facelift! I hope you find some way to reverse the bad effect! xoxo

That’s odd. As I’ve had VL done and several of my friends around the orbitals and jowls with amazing results. You said you have been doing Botox for years, and that would be a side effect if you did VL to soon after injectables. As the heat can displace and make the injectable travel more, which is what it sounds like. Honestly, you may benefit from some Microneedling and maybe a new physician or aesthetics practice who knows proper protocols and has experience with treatments. Sorry you had a bad experience.
