Venus Legacy Does Not Work

I went for a consult, and was asked what I'd mostly like to change about my appearance. I said under my chin there is a piece of loose skin (no fat) and my eyelids are droopier than I'd like them to be. I am 47 years old. The medical easthetician had the answer! The Venus Legacy for Neck and Eye. She said that for my initial treatments, I would need to have 8 then could maintain once/year to keep the skin tight. I am starting my 7th visit, and do not see any change. I can feel that my skin is a little softer under my eye on the cheekbone but that's it!! The skin under my chin is exactly the same and the skin on my eyeslids are still droopy. They didn't take a before picture of me until my 6th visit. When I asked them for a picture, they said they took a computerized picture on my first day. I guess i was expecting angled photographs so they could see different areas of my face and neck to compare after the treatment.

I was told that I'd start seeing results after 4 weeks, and when I started making comments at the office about not seeing any difference they said it's very gradual and I won't see a difference because it's my face and others will just think I look fresh...What? I feel like I've been mislead and am very disappointed with my choice to purchase this package. It was my first time at this clinic, and I was very excited so I was open minded and willing to try! To top it off, the procedure hurts a lot, it burns and my skin has had abrasions after a few of the treatments. I will never make this choice again, and I would encourage you all to dig a little deeper and ask appropriate questions before getting hosed like I did.
