Upper Arms coolsculpting

So here I am four months after my cool sculpting treatment. I had cool sculpting done on my upper arm on both sides. It didn’t work out and I did receive a refund of $1500. But now four months later I’m left with still very numb arms. The doctor reassured me that it should be gone by now. In fact , Numbness should’ve been gone the fifth week. Is there anything I can do to get the feeling back? Is there anything I can do to get the feeling back? My arms were once annoying because I had that hanging and I could feel it pronounce even more annoying because I have fat hanging and I can’t feel it LOL.
