Velashape, the good and the bad
I started going for Velashape sessions at a spa nearby and started with a package of 6 sessions using the Velashape I. There are 3 Velashape models (as far as I know). I would have never learned this if the Velashape I they were using for my sessions didnt have to go in for maintenance. They had to use the Velashape II on me, and the last session, that model also went for repairs so they had to use the Velashape III on me. I noticed straight away that one session with the second model was like four sessions with the first model. The third model was the best.
After this, I purchased a package of 6 Velashape sessions with the Velashape II machine. Again, good but not amazing. All together, there were really good results that made me want to continue with the sessions. I dont have pictures because I didnt think it would make a big difference, so I didnt bother. Wish i had, just to be able to see my own progress if anything.
Anyway, after that, I finally got a package of 8 Velashape sessions with the third model. It absolutely is the only one worth paying for, imo. I want to point out that after a few sessions, I noticed that i get results only when the machine is on a setting where its REALLY hot. Hot to the point where its uncomfortable for me, may cause rashes but doesn't leave any burn marks. You have to ask your technician to do this and I think they dont do it on purpose so you wont get perfect results and will have to keep coming back. Ask them, and then tip them well so they arent bothered about you asking them to turn it up. It really helps to tighten up loose skin!
TL;DR: Velashape I and II suck, dont even bother with them. The Velashape III is awesome, but make sure the technician uses it on a really hot setting for best results!
