A brand new me

I work for a corporate law firm, so over the years I have learned to do my Due Diligence. I visited 5 establishments in Manhattan for consultations on laser lipo before arriving to LaserKlinic. I am mother of 3 grown children. I have been cut hip to hip for 2 separate surgeries (which have left me with a mommy shelf and a lot of scar tissue)
4 of my previous consultations advised me to get a tummy tuck-
which I really didn't want to do because for 1. it's another surgery
2. the expense 3. the down time and 4. more scar tissue!!
the 5th place said I would be a good candidate for smart lipo
(they came to this conclusion by requesting that I send a picture to them via email) and then quoted me a price that was almost as expensive as having a tummy tuck! Mind you, they never even saw me in person!
I was so happy when I came to LaserKlinic. Desiree took her time with me and explained everything!! So much so that i really didn't have any questions at the end of our meeting except "What dates do you have available?"
Morgan came in with a warm welcoming smile and introduced herself as she measured me for my compression garment and said she would be with me throughout my procedure.
I am a vibrant, single 52 year old woman who was very shy when it came to that area of my body.....but, I didn't do this only for looks! My clothes didn't fit right in that problem area. I felt confined to leggings and long tops and It really became a full time job trying to camouflage it.
I woke up early the morning of Friday, April 26, 2019, feeling excited and headed into the city for my appointment . I wasn't nervous at all. After years of feeling so uncomfortable with my stomach, I could hardly believe the day had finally come to do something for myself to feel good again!
The Dr numbed me, but I was awake and relaxed the whole time with Morgan by my side.
It's only been 3 weeks and I have had 2 of my 8 VelaShape treatments; so far, the results are AMAZING. I can't wait to see my 2 month before and after pics. This is be BEST thing I have ever done for myself! I had the procedure done on a Friday morning and was in the park with my granddaughter Saturday afternoon and back to work Monday!

I am now looking at some of the other services LasarKlinic provides because I'm worth it!!
