Office review: be warned

I have not had the opportunity to meet with the doctor, but I have become well-acquainted with his medical staff. My initial attempt to schedule an appointment was unsuccessful due to a lack of response and follow-up. After writing my review about the lackluster service, I received an apology approximately two months later by Chris, the manager, citing issues with their phone communication system. He apologized and offered me a deal that if I took down my review, he would provide a discount. He then told me to that I would be expecting a phone call the following day by one of his NP's. So I bit and deleted the review. That was days ago, and I have not received any further communication since.

Also, it appears this company no longer allows reviews from Google.

That alone would prompt me not to undergo any medical treatments with this company, because if the front-desk service is poor, the rest is probably downhill, too. Please be aware of this before making an appointment. I'd search harder for a vein specialist elsewhere.
