Office Review: Would never have any medical procedure done at this office

I only got as far as doctor consult and ultrasounds. After the way I was treated and the money I wasted I would 100% not go any further with this company. I would never have a medical procedure done here. In addition, I was harassed by their outside billing department and threatened with legal action while I was trying to sort out my bills.

I want to corroborate the previous negative review about my horrible experience I had at advanced vascular center in Tigard OR. After an urgent ER visit from lower back pain the dr there suggested I might haven caudication.I sought out an expert and went to the named clinic.I connected via the receptionist to set up an appt for an ultrasound there. I went on a Monday and had the procedure. The ultrasound tech said she would give it to the dr that day or the next. I waited til wed to check to call me how they were going to give me my results. The message phone said get back ASAP. Thurs no call back, left a message, Friday no call back left message. Mind you I’m in excruciating pain snd need the results to see another specialist. Mon no call back left message. Waited til Thurs left message no call back Friday left message no call back. Friday I decided to drive (drive 70 miles from the coast) and see wth is going on and they were not there during posted open hours. I thought they left town. by then I had seen my other specialist w/I my ultrasound which was now an obsolete moot point. I then thought I’d see how long it would take to get back after at least 5 phone messages. After a month on the weekend I got a notice medicare had been charged. Mon I walked in snd asked the recptionist where the h are my results! He brought up my case “Oh it’s negative”. Not even giving me the hard copy. I demanded a copy of my results (which I finally got) and I wanted to see his supervisor. He said he was the supervisor! To say the least I let him know how I felt. I want to reverberate the other 1 star review DO NOT GO THERE. Horrible experience and incompetent management. I just wish I had seen the above review sooner.

I cannot believe they are even in business. The worst doctor and employees I have ever encountered. We need to get the word out….Do not go to Advanced Vascular for anything!
