One year after Vaser lipo 360 tummy, inner and outer thighs and flanks, now 360 arms, bra line back and sides

Just wanted to give a review of 1 Year into vaser lipo. Actually, having that said. I gained wait and it went into my arms which was already big before the vaser. Thus, needing lipo for arms and bra line. Because my arms became bigger as you can see in the photo.

Over all, happy with final results after second ops. I‘m really happy I’ve decided to get rid of the arm fats. Now it’s just the swelling in my that’s bothering me. Bruising is heavy too. How long does it last for you? Is it good massage the bruising? I’ll definitely be more cautious with food and exercise since I really this will be last operation. how Do you maintain yours?
