Vaser Lipo!

I will be 3 weeks in 2 days and I’m definitely back to all my regular activities. It’s a struggle wearing the garment 23 hours a day. I had a lot of sleepless nights because it’s just uncomfortable but I have to get through this! I got the okay to start going to the gym! So I can’t wait for that! I’m down to a size small in dresses (was a medium/large) definitely loving my results but I’m still very bloated and have 6 more lymphatic drainage massages to go! Loved my follow up with my doctor yesterday he answered all my questions and is just so kind!

So I was debating whether to get a liposuction for a long long time. I’m only 25 and I have no kids but I hated my stomach & back. After reading about millions of doctors and going to different consultations I made up my mind and chose to do my liposuction in Edison, NJ. The doctor made me feel completely comfortable and I loved that! He made sure to answer all my questions and was on stand-by (via text) after the surgery. The cost of my procedure (Vaser liposuction of the abdomen + flanks) was clear and it was established in the consultation. ($4,100 for me) No hidden costs or fees, although I did go through Care Credit and I have 6 months to pay it off with no interest. Nonetheless, I was going into my surgery with no questions or hesitation. The day of my surgery everything went well. I was under general anesthesia which made me wake up cold and with a sore throat for 2 days.(both of which I expected) So far, I am 5 days post-op and I’m feeling okay! I had a follow up app (4 days after surgery) which is included in the cost and was less than 10 mins long. I went for my first lymphatic drainage massage today (5 days after surgery) and it hurt extremely bad but again, that’s something anyone who is going for a lipo should know. It took me about 4 days to recover and get back to work. (Had it done on a Thursday and got back to work Tuesday) I stopped bleeding in a day and a half but when I was bleeding, it was a lottt!! But my recovery was pretty quick. Every body is different but I definitely recommend my doctor! He took great care of me and was so pleasant and kind.
