Vaser Lipo on lower and upper stomach and hips and underarm fold

I had vaser lipo on my lower abdomen back in April 2019. I’ve always been very active but could never get rid of the bulge and looking pregnant. I am a 44 year old female. 5’4” and weighed approximately 130 pounds pre surgery. I had a consult with dr Capek back when I was 27 but decided to wait. I since had a baby and my body bounced back pretty good. Just this bulge again. I was super nervous and went back and forth with my decision but in the end I decided it was what I wanted. Of my life. I am living in a bikini this summer when two summers ago i was always wearing tankinis. The process went smooth. Dr. Capek and her staff are completely caring and thoughtful. She made me feel so comfortable. My recovery was fine and I even received flowers from the staff! They were gorgeous and so generous. I would recommend Dr. Capek and her staff to anyone, especially if you are having anxiety about your choice. It’s not an easy one. The office and exam rooms felt very inviting and calmed my nerves. And my hard work on my abs allllll of these years are finally starting to show! ???? I started back at Zumba 4 weeks post op and I’m back at orange theory and have done 3 classes. I feel amazing and that belly isn’t getting in my way anymore. I’m still wearing my compression garments, especially during my workouts and when I sleep. The swelling is becoming minimal and workouts do cause a bit more swelling. I wore a bikini for the first time in a while on Memorial Day weekend and I’m feeling so confident!
