Vaser Lipo - Upper and Lower Abs, Love Handles and Lower Back

2 weeks post op today!
Current Measurements:
Weight: 95.8kg
Bust: 110cm
Waist: 86cm (!!)
Hips: 98.5cm

Bruising and swelling is mostly gone now! I have gone back to my office to work this week and have swapped my big foam compression vest for foam and an abdomen board for work. I still feel huge wrapped up in everything so looking forward to being done with the extras and going down to just my compression garment.

My belly button is improving every day - it gets more swollen in the evening (as with most of the treated areas still) but in the mornings everything looks super amazing - so I expect it to keep improving as my skin keeps tightening and I swell up less.

I’m continuing with 2 massages a day but have shortened the morning one. I’ve also still got another week of 2 endermologie massages at Cosmos left.

I’m basically in no pain now unless I bump an incision site and have had enough energy to go out walking twice a day.

Swapped into my stage 1 compression garment for work at 8 days post op and all I can say is WHAT WAIST BITCH?? so happy with what I’m seeing this early on already!
Had my first endermologie massage yesterday the clinic. Cosmos supply you with 6 full weeks of after care. 2 massages per week for the first half and then 1 massage per week for the second half all included in the procedure price.

Still very swollen and bruised but it seems to be clearing a little bit more every day. Have been massaging twice a day and go into the clinic for 2 massages this week.

Skin on my sides and back is still very numb feeling, hopefully that will keep improving. I started showering twice a day because the massage oil was making my skin super itchy.

Have had a lot more energy the last two days, have been out walking around and I even drove my car yesterday. I didn’t take any pain killers at all yesterday or overnight which is good.
