I wear my faja to workout in, and one of my obliques is stronger than the other that’s why they look different haha, anyways I love my results I workout every other day so in love with my shape, my body may look a little boxy but that’s genetics because my waist to hip ratio is almost the same. Most of my hardness is going away slowly, I finished all my lymphatic massages beginning of September and would go to the clinic every other day to get my back drained because I had little seromas but once I noticed they were gone I haven’t returned! the nurses are so sweet.
I still need to set up a follow up with my doctor which I will soon I just been so busy. I do have hardness in my lower abdomen but that’s where I had most of my fat so I know with time it’ll go away on its own, I also self massage every day!! Anyways love love love my results I’m in the best shape of my life Thanks Dr.Lagrasso you have no idea how my confidence has shot through the roof.
Also scale wise I’m 162 lbs
My measurements are waist 28”
Upper Hips 31.5”
Hips with butt 42”
