I am 41 year old mother with 2 kids , 4 + 2. I am 174 CM tall and weigh 76 kegs. I have been dieting since about March post my daughter. I have lost almost 10 KG's but still have this tummy that doesn't seem to go and just isn't nice. Enough is Enough- it's got to go.
I have heard really positive things about Dr.Wolf and therefore didnt see anyone else.

Pre-op Day. 19/12

Let’s hope I sleep through most of it.????????

So all done.
Slept the entire time and don’t remember a thing.
Feels okay- my skin hurts a little is areas - actually places that werent done - but think it’s the padding that’s rolled up inside my garment- can’t WAIT to shower and get them off. Then I don’t think the garment will be too bad.????
Peeing is an issue - trying to get the padding out the way and not soaking your self in urine. I saw a review were they said a shewee would be helpful. IT REALLY WOULD !!!
Pain is more like a dull ache - a bit like mild period pain , but that it - however I will take my pain meds. To be honest - I’m too lazy to manage pain so really don’t want it to start.
I have got dolcoeaze and kiwi’s (2-3 a day) that I will start tomorrow to help things move. Something I did after my C-section and really helped.
Going to try and sleep tonight .
Update tomorrow
Day 1 post off
I didn’t sleep much- not pain just my body ached. Took it slow. Had my first shower and took off my garment. Results look great if they stay as they are. Also has first MLD - really nice . Ever so slightly tender when doing my abdomen. But good . Took pain meds in the evening
Day 2
Slept better. Still feeling bruised but okay. Getting up and down is sore as they back of my thighs hurt - but not enough to take meds for. Got my drains taken out today. Still leaking quite a bit but all seems fine. No meds all day even though I walked and traveled quite a bit to the clinic. May take some tonight just to help me sleep. Am getting tingling itchy feeling in places now - annoying but I suppose it means I am healing!! :-)
Day 3
Pretty good - no pain meds . Feel a little bruised every now and then but generally okay. Bruising has started and I do have a feeling it will be colourful. Apart from that another MLD today which was great. Lisa really is good and knowledgable of the procedure so can answer any questions. Great!
Day 6
Again no pain meds - although I would be taking the cocodemol at night to help me sleep- but tonight a had a glass of wine ( it’s christmas) so I haven’t. Bruising is still quite dark but is starting lighten. Seems I have a very tiny stitch behind each leg that pulls a little but it’s okay. Doing Soft massage myself everyday a few time and doing the MLD as directed.
Feeling is slowly coming back to my skin in abdomen - but not to flanks.
Day 8
Bruising is starting to go yellow now so getting near the end. Starting to feel the hard bits on my stomach and sides but my MLD lady says it’s perfectly normal and we will pass if we continue to massage. Only pain is some bruising on my lower back and the small stitch behind my one leg which was for my thigh. Think it gets caught on the garment .
7 days down- another 24 to go on 24/7 4D vest and garment ! Can’t wait to sleep without it. Not to bad during the day but does get annoying at night- if you itch you can’t just quickly scratch. Taking my pain meds and will hopefully sleep a little better tonight. All in all super happy with results already - and still got swelling to loose!!!
Day 10-
Still loving the results. I have never seen my stomach so flat! - even with the lumpy ness that has started. Lower back still a little numb in the skin and a bit tender to massage but okay. Thighs still bruised and swollen and I can’t see much change there but will wait for the swelling to go down. Another tip for the garment wear- I find that during the day a put a soft face cloth size cloth under the shoulder straps and at night - once I am in the garment - I release the arms. It doesn’t seem to move but I find o sleep better. That’s me though.

Thanks so much! Was it very painful? I really want to but worried about how long the recovery is

Hi - no really not that painful at all. The worst for me was just aching from sleeping with the 4Dvest. Also my drains could be a little uncomfortable but they came out 2 days later. Take the pains med ( more to help you sleep) and you should be fine. It was for me . I kept active and I am so glad I did it.
Good luck.
