5 week update
Been 5 weeks and still have some lower abdomen swelling which is annnoying because everything else is looking great, going to start exercising as of next week.
My massage therapist has been applying kenesiology tape to smooth out and prevent the skin creping! Here is some photos and a clothed body shot at work!

First massage done
Had my first MLD massage and definatley improved the swelling, still some fluid on my lower abdomen but apart from that all seems good. Pain is non existent and I can’t wait for a few weeks till I can exercise and improve the results!

hey where are you travelling from? I’d recommend if you can get your own painkillers back home and bring them with you as the pain relief cold have been better.
hi im coming from bristol thank you for that I will take.my own ..how is the pain now ? and was you asleep for this I am a bit worried about being awake ..are you happy with the outcome ?
the pain was pretty much gone after a week to be honest not bad at all! make sure you get your massages booked for when your home too! they say it’s local anaesthetic with sedation but when I arrived they said the sedation puts you to sleep anyway it’s just not classed as a general. so I don’t remember a thing just woke up and it was all done! I’m delighted my partner got it too and is delighted also!
