After 4 weeks I feel much better. I would say the pain is pretty much gone. All bruising is gone and my incisions are totally closed up and healed/barely visible. There is one small area on my back which when I bend down forward or stretch it tends to burn a bit. I do still have numbness and hardness but it has lessened a lot and is getting much better every day. I can see that in another month I'll probably be pretty pleased with my progress of recovery.
I have 2 small areas of concern I'm waiting to see how they turn out. One is my flanks on my back, which to me feel and look slightly too chubby still. I know I will shrink more but in all areas I can't pinch fat really except for there I can. I'll see how they progress. The second area is my front left side I have slight unevenness in a bit of a vertical shape going down from my upper ribs. It doesn't look horrible but I want to see the final result so in time I'll monitor that also.
My old jeans fit well with looseness around the stomach area, however I've not gone down any sizes yet. I'll try again in a few weeks. I've also not really lost any weight as of yet.

Do you see there is a difference? I am strongly considering this procedure
Yes of course there is a difference. In another 2-4 weeks I'll have more idea of my final results. Healing takes a long time. Swelling is slow to go down. If you view my last photo and my first photo of me facing forward, you can see how my shape has changed. I have a waist shape instead of a love handle shape and that's the biggest change for me personally.

Thanks for posting your journey. Do you have any updated pics of your progress? How are you liking your results? I’m 3 days post op today and super swollen. :(
Hi. I've posted a 2 week photo. Big difference I realised between 1 and 2 weeks! I am almost 4 weeks now but just so swollen (off and on). Slowly getting away from wearing my garment daily and I am feeling less numb/hard. I can tell I'm getting back to normal which is great. So far can't see the total results yet but definitely got rid of some areas I didn't like. I'll still wait to see my final results before I know what I think completely, but so far I think it was worth it. Very slow and strange recovery process though!
Thanks for posting updated pics! I know the swelling takes time to go down but I’ve been feeling a little under the weather since I feel like my problem areas are worse then they were before. But I know it just takes time. I’m glad recovery is going well for you!
Yeah at first the swelling can be huge to the point it doesn't look like there's much of a difference. You can kind of see it in my photos. 1 week out I didn't look very different. Hoping that 3 months out it's way better. I also need to start going to the gym now that it's been a month, which should help me too.
