Sorry, have been sitting on these pics for a while. I had these after photos taken literally 3 days before going under the knife for a major breast reduction- which I'm sure as you can see from the photos why I might have wanted or needed that.
I was also traveling internationally between week 5 and 8.
Swelling hasn't completely gone and it seems to increase and decrease periodically still.
Since the breast reduction I've had terrible troubles with swelling. I am wearing my compression garment from time to time which seems to help.

Day 12 update
I feel so so much better. Stiff but not very sore. Swelling is decreasing slowly.
I am 25cm smaller around my waist and 6kgs lighter. it's amazing.
yesterday I booked in for my breast reduction- so stay tuned for that.

It's been a long week
Almost nine litres of subcutaneous fat cells were removed from my abdomen, flanks and back a week ago. I have been recovering remarkably well, however I would be lying if I didn't admit it has been tough. My range of motion is severely limited and pain is bearable but constant. understandably I have had significant swelling and a suspected seroma in my right flank which is causing a fold. it's not something the Dr seems too concerned about as it is improving slowly. I did have a massive amount taken out and my poor body is coping as best it can

Your progress looks amazing, just stay strong and positive. Take good care of yourself! If you don’t mind telling, what is your weight and height. I’m always trying to figure what I could possibly look like by comparing myself to other women whose already had the procedure I want.
Of course! it's so hard to tell from pictures. Before the procedure I was 120kgs and 174cm tall.
