Stay Away from Calle 151 and Elite Cirugia Plastica
It got worse from there with photos that I could snap off to show. I demanded a private room bath and was told tomorrow.....
The next morning I was told to be dressed and ready downstairs for my labs, transport and meeting doctor. So I was. A non English speaking lab lady came to entrance and told me to get naked in bed to have EKG etc huh???? Ok? Then I get text messages saying the doctor has been postponed till 1055 and driver will be there 1030. Surprise he comes at 10 and I’m rushed to get ready for SURGERY not just the doctor meeting. I’m told to leave my personal bags there since I’ll be back (I have no idea what’s going on!) I comply. I get prepped for surgery and haven’t eaten since my arrival the night before.surprise again my surgery is bumped to 4PM! No one spoke English and no one offered translation of consents which were not adapted to anyone who doesn’t speak English. I REFUSED to sign until I could get copy, picture or have it translated. Then hello here’s the surgeons! Against better judgement I went and signed. DO NOT DO IT as they will not give copies at any point so who knows what I signed. Here we go..... surgery went about 4 hrs and in recovery, I wake to realize NO PAIN MEDS, 2 heel bedsores from not being moved on surgical table and I am hooked up to a blood transfusion. WTH! I asked for my phone to use google translator but surprise there is no WiFi. My husband is nowhere to be found. I’m scared. What have I chosen to do?!?!
I am sent back to the hotel for some recovery time. It went well. Good food. A staff member to help me up and down (not a nurse) and my husband is by my side. All should be well now.
Elite Cirugia Plastica Bogota Colombia
In colombia there are no insurance plans, no one to sue if there is issue.Bogata at Calle 151 with eliteelitecirugiaplastica. My issues: untrained staff, no cold water, no washing hands, under medicate, no English translation, so disorganized right after surgery was sent to doctor clinic with dozens of others to sit in waiting room 8am-6pm without food, normal intake fluids, no pain meds and most without sitting room!!! Like cattle call. I left! Despite being told I would have 24/7 translator and caregiver who spoke English (I spoke no Spanish and WiFi translator didn’t consistently work) I did not. Consents in Spanish unable to understand and refused copies to translate. Snuck pics of them thank god. Got bedsores on both heels during surgery. Got blood transfusion although refused, and then no follow up on post transfusion. Really scary care. Docs did great and hoping for awesome results. I left the recovery room and paid for nice hotel for the 2 weeks I stayed. They only give ibuprofen and Tylenol after surgery irregularly and oral antibiotics with an IV antibiotics that they blow on first try and had to administer IM. NO WAY! Wear the garment which is like death corset. Rest rest rest. Have someone with you. Lots of bad bruising all over. Lasted 3 weeks.
Stay away from elite cirugia plastica. Had I stayed I may not have been as good off as I was.

Female Dra Leal and Dr Escuredo. Both were terrible follow up on several patients I spoke with since then. They didn’t know what to do after a blood transfusion. No follow up at all with labs. They basically claimed they had done their job with the surgery and the rest was up to me. [RS bleep]
