Very traumatic experience - left me with a botched body

A year ago I had vaser liposuction for sculpting, I wasn’t fat or overweight, I trusted the doctor when I was told that the procedure would sculpt my body and that he had the experience doing it. I originally came for rhinoplasty but he encouraged me in the consultation to do the all body lipo first. When arriving to Turkey I wasn’t totally sure that I’d like to proceed with the surgery until I had a in person consultation with the doctor. Communication was very limited and his assistant had to translate, anyway, he still assured me that the surgery will be the right decision and went I went back to the hotel I decided not to go through it and his assistant called me and pressured me into doing it and most importantly for them to pay for the surgery, all the forms were in Turkish and didn’t have English versions so I didn’t sign (red flag). After all the chasing I felt very stressed and finally gave in. Next day he arrived and spent like 10m with me to draw on my body before going into surgery, the hospital was ok and the pain wasn’t that bad, however the results were awful, he didn’t drain me properly and I developed seromas that after insisting on draining me he did very little and sent me back home, I wasn’t ready and my legs swollen so bad and my body particularly the seromas were painful, it was a horrible flight. Overall, it was a very traumatic experience and the worse part it was seeing that my body looked worse and worse, lost contour and left me with a botched body, I had all the complications in the book, skin discoloration, scars, bumps, lumps, irregularities holes that resembled cellulitis (I’ve never had cellulitis before), seromas, chronic inflammation, etc. Now a year after the procedure it’s affecting my mental health seeing the disfigured body that I was left with. I’m very scared to go back with him as I think he used me to practice and he didn’t have any experience doing these procedures or sculpting, he seems great at rhinoplasty but not to be trusted with any body procedures.
