I felt no pain or discomfort

Very Happy - Upper & Lower Abdo, Thighs and Neck Lipo

I had my first consult in 2019, however it was not the right time for me as I had not changed my habits or lifestyle.
Fast forward to 2023 and I am now working out and watching calories, however my problem areas are not changing.
I had my second consult at start of May and didn't have to wait long for surgery at the end of that same month.
Communication was clear and during the procedure I felt very safe and that everything was under control. I felt no pain or discomfort and to be honest can't believe I wasn't under a GA, so no need to be nervous about twilight sedation.
I had a follow up call the day afterwards although I still felt a bit out of it, was nice to have them check in. There was a lot of fluid and blood that leaked out over the first 3 to 4 days which is all totally normal, I probably just wasn't prepared for how much.
There wasn't much pain at all after, took endone for first couple of days and then just panadol. There was some numbness that lasted a few weeks and twinges, I started going for walks again after about 2ish weeks, and started back at gym after 6 weeks.
Three days after I was starting to eat again and noticed my mouth felt a bit strange, I couldn't work out why. Turns out one side had gone droopy which can be a rare side effect, I rang the clinic and they got me in straight away that day for injection and tablets to take. They weren't too worried and said it is very likely to resolve since they use blunt instruments, nothing has been cut so just a nerve has had some bruising. So I felt confident with their advice it would be okay. This treatment was free of charge.
The aftercare of the massages was also a nice way to check in and make sure everything was going okay for reassurance. At one point I had some injections for scarring that was starting to form, again this was free of charge and the scarring under the skin has started to resolve.
If I had the time again I would have added my mons area, as I didn't realise this would look podgy with the tummy gone, so I do suggest this if you are getting full abdo done.
If I win the lottery I would definately return and have no hesitations in using Cosmos and Dr. Rahbar. All of the staff are very friendly, welcoming and you never feel like anything is too much trouble.
