Having Vaser 360 lipo and arms tomorrow by Dr. Gordon Andan. Getting nervous mainly about results more than procedure done under local anesthesia.
No kids, workout 3-4x a week off and on for 22 yrs and tired of fighting genetics which is getting harder in 40s.
Just want to finally see myself without this damn tire on my waist. I lose weight everywhere but there and end up looking like 13 yr old boy.
Will try to post pics from right before surgery.

I already see changes in figure. Surgery was painful sometimes unbearable but received more meds and pushed thru. Thx God I told my family I really needed their helping garment and wound cleaning and just basic care and needs.

Hi Deb.
Oxycodone 5- 325 mg was prescribed. It's ok probably should get something stronger but it takes the bite out to be comfortable. I'm also taking Arnica pellets.

Photos before I went into surgery
Finally had surgery yesterday i went in at 1230pm didnt leave til 9pm. Dont know what took so long cant remember all that time passing. Process was painful and sometimes unbearable had to get more meds to finish. Slept propped up to be comfortable it worked. Morning took meds and continued to sleep very woozy . Ate pineapples to help with swelling and waited for time to shower couldn't wait for 24hrs to be up so I could get stinky bloody bandages off and clean incisions that were still leaky especially groin area and elbow.
Didnt think I would need help but glad I told family because I couldn't of done it alone especially these first post days. Getting 1st lymphatic massage tmrw for 30 mins really hope it helps.
I can see new figure already, looks good. Cant tell if abs are etched like he said guess I have to wait til swelling goes down to see. Will post result photos soon. All comments welcomed.

how are you feeling? I am getting lipo on arms too and would love to hear more about your experience since i haven’t seen a lot of reviews. I hope you have a speedy recovery

I feel ok. Everyday gets better
My arms very swollen and bruised and leak alot. I dont notice that much of a difference right now but I really want to see major change after healing. I'm wearing compression garment 24/7 .
I'm happy to answer any questions. Will post more pics of just arms.

No prob. $8500 for vaser 360 lipo and arms in New York City.
I could've gotten it done for cheaper but you dont want to penny pinch on your health. Im glad i did it in my city because I had to return to office on several occasions to have slight revisions I wouldve been stuck if done out of town or country.

1st massage.
Scheduled a 30 min massage today where I'm staying with parents in Delaware just to get fluids flowing til I get back to NYC.
It went ok, wasn't as painful as I thought and didnt want to be stuck in a uncomfortable 1hr session. She showed me how to self massage certain areas in my groin, arms and stomach. I really feel massages will help with smoothing out skin and softening stiff areas I have especially in stomach.
I see difference in abs after massage much more even.
