Almost 5 wks

Finally measured myself my arms I lost almost 2 inch so far which is alot but I dont see it so much. In pic posted that's where I notice difference. Still wearing sleeves to compress, arms feel too sensitive without it. The itching phase is setting in, it gets intense sometimes on my arms and sides going to start benadryl see if it helps.
Still cant workout still sore so next week I'm going to start commuting to work so I can walk more hopefully I wont swell up too bad.

4 wks post

1st week back at work was difficult. Couldn't close uniform pants too much pressure. Swelled up alot cause I'm moving more than past couple of wks and skin is sensitive to every touch. When I get home I crash and sleep 12 hours. Nothing heals the body like rest.
Suppose to do Bike tour May 5th but I wont be ready and haven't been able to train. Very disappointed but not willing to push new body at this crucial healing time.

3 weeks post

Finally went back work and boy was it tiring. Unfortunately I wear a uniform and have to change clothes in locker room with other females I dont want to know I had surgery so it gets tricky hiding my compression bodysuit.
Everyone asks what i did for my " vacation" and i just casually say worked out and rested. Not totally untrue right? I did get the fat worked out of me. Ijs........
My body was so irritated with clothes on for first time, I've been living in loose sweats for 3wks and I begin to swell up badly. Trying to adjust since I have to be in garment for another month.
I still had fluid in left arm and had to go back to Doc office again today. Pic shows syringe that extracted fluid from right above elbow, after numbing solution wears off arm is very sore and achy. I'm so glad I didnt do procedure out of state for issues like this when I have to see Doc to correct any problems that arise at anytime.
I go back to in 3wks for 6week check up I'm looking forward to comparing b4 and after pics hopefully swelling will be down to see huge difference.
