I don't even know where to begin this review. Initial consult to do a vaser shape lipo on my stomach was rushed and there was a coldness to the doctor. Very dismissive. However, his other staff were sweet as sugar. I was going to check out other doctors but the staff really highlighted his qualifications. On the day of the surgery this very nice gentleman (who I wished was my doctor) marked the areas I wanted done. With him I felt open and I addressed to him the curves I wanted. A few days after surgery I was concerned about how much blood I had on the garments. His response was "are you a doctor?" instead of telling me that it's normal and I shouldn't be worried unless XYZ happens. He seemed angry that I even reached out to him.
He gave me a thin garment that didn't really "hold me in place" It felt like a sheer spandex top. Now if you research plastic surgery garments they are usually those super tight corset like body shapers from Columbia. Those help give you the desired shape you want. I noticed that after a 3 months my body wasn't where it should be especially that I lost weight. So I bought the Colombian body shaper and in a matter a weeks my body looked much better from the front. I had somewhat of the curves I wanted from the front However one side still had love handles.
They offered me 2 free sessions of vaser shape which is a warm massage to kill more fat. Had I known about this before I would've done it instead. Immediately it looked better than after surgery. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the lady that did it for me (Russian short red hair) was absolutely AMAZING!! She put in so much work to get deep into the tissue to make sure that fat was discernibly gone. She broke a sweat at the end of the session and was so kind! My body looked great because of HER and I will not give the doctor the credit for this. I noticed one year later I looked at myself from the side and I had this fat hanging over my belly button WHICH WAS NEVER THERE BEFORE. I had been following a strict diet and lost more weight (total of 43 lbs down to 120). At my next appointment for vaser massage (which I paid out of pocket) I told a different lady that was doing the massage my concerns with the hanging fat over my belly button and she said I had that before the surgery.
#1 IF I did have it why wouldn't have the doctor liposuction that area ?
#2 Why when I had pictures before the surgery I didn't have this fat before my surgery (I showed her proof)
#3 when I was skinny a few years before the surgery I showed her pictures showing I never had this fat.
She had no answers for me.
After the vaser shape massage session I noticed that the areas looked exactly the same. No difference like when the other girl did it. At my next appointment I made sure to schedule with my original specialist. When I went back I let the lady who did it the second time know that she didn't do it right. I showed her pictures before and after the appointment with the better specialist and she was even impressed. That's what happens when you care about your work! Again my original specialist did an amazing job.
My advice:
DO NOT GET PERSUADED TO BE WITH A DOCTOR YOU DONT LIKE BECAUSE OF THIER NICE STAFF

Don't expect to have nice curves. I wanted to have a small waist to accentuate my butt and boobs and I looked so mediocre. After doing the surgery with senderoff I looked slimmer but average. No wow or damn just average. I could've just lost weight for that. I had another doctor do my surgery after having kids and I look like a Brazilian model. Big butt small etched waist and perfectly positioned breast. My new doctor did etching and curves like Michelangelo. Everything I wanted. Maybe he doesn't specialize in the type of body I was looking for. I wished I would've done my researched to see if he did. I swear to you I could've handled his rudeness if he gave me the BODY I wanted and listened to me. But not giving me what I was and being nasty gets you 2 stars!!!
