Ok now it’s almost been 2 years and this has come out amazing and it was well worth it I really recommend this procedure for anyone who wants a six pack with out doing the hard work well this is the answer, but you do have to train and eat well too to maintain it

Hi, been a week since i posted. Just wanna…
Hi, been a week since i posted. Just wanna say its looking better and better. Im eating cleaner and going in to see dr lanzer tomorrow lets see hiw it goes as i wanna start training.. also wanna find out how long i have to wear this garmet. And if i need to massage. Ill post up piks and keep everyone posted.
