32 yo male done liposculpture to abs

Hi everyone. I've had a procedure today regarding hi def liposculpture to my abdomen and flanks. So 7 months before I scheduled a appointment with Dr lanzer in melbourne to do a 6 pak surgery. The reason I opted for this surgery is because I regularly go to the gym 4 to 5 days, my body is in ok shape but I can't get abs. So today I have had the procedure done as it wasn't too painful, so went in at 9am and surprisingly it was all done by 11am including waiting etc. So the nurses came in to welcome me, and let me tell you they are really lovely and make u feel really comfortable. So they injected me with 2 or 3 needles which was s the local anesthetic which Kind of hurts for needles then they put this fluid Into me which was probably the most painful part but it is very bearable as I have a low pain tolerance ( I find tattoos to hurt way more) but this fluid boats you. And feels heavy, around. Around 5 to 10 mins after dr lanzer came in and 20 to 30 mins we were done after a vibrating canula was in and out of my body, it does not hurt some parts tickle and kinda feel a like a electric shock(mild one hehe) some parts have a burn like a tattoo. But easy done. A total of 1.5 litres of fat was taken out and we were done went to recovery and 1 hr later I was picked up. I can't wait to see how tomorrow goes down as I have a appointment ill post some pics up asap. Note these first piks were before the surgery as I have a little bit of a toned body ill post as soon as I take the dressing off.

Ok day 2. Wasn't in much pain lastnight quite bearable.. but i took pain killers just to get that comftible sleep, woke up at 10am to go to Dr lanzer to take the dressings off (still have to wear the compression garments for 4 to 6 weeks though) but took the other padding off. As it came off it really stunk as my body was sweating and oozing mildly last night but let me tell you I can see results already and im hoping in a couple of weeks it will get better. Pain is mild but I think in 4 to 5 days should be gone.. body isn't bleeding or oozing as I took a shower, but down time is going fine as far as I know im posting up 2 piks as my face looks really tired hehehe. Still early stages tike can tell. Oh forgot to mention dr lanzer is busy so he will see you for like 5 mins as he is around and about his place.

Ok day 3 post opp. Pain is almost gone but was feeling a little itchy on day 2 now that is clearing I feel a lot better not to mention since I'm healing great i dont need my foam padding, but still have to wear the compression garments for 6 weeks. Everything is feeling fine. I have very minimal pain and can move normally. I have gone back to work doing light dutys which doesn't involve me doing too much. But body is looking really good so far so happy. (But this site isn't letter me u date piks can some one show me how to) I have a appointment with Dr lanzer next Wednesday just to see how things are going. I'll keep an update till then.
