23 YO Stubborn Flanks

I live quite close to the practice but decided to leave the house early to calm my nerves. I had a quick breakfast and made my way to the clinic for 11:00. Here I was greeted kindly by the receptionist, Vicky. She informed me that I could need to go and pick up my prescription as they didn’t get a chance to post it to me so , I went on my way to pharmacies in the area. After a bit of a mix up at the pharmacy and my prescription missing the oral sedative, I made my way back to the clinic. Thankfully they were able to provide me with some.
Once all the forms were signed and had a pregnancy test the whole day thing went so fast. I changed into the garments given and Dr Comins marked me up and I was on the table in no time. The procedure itself wasn’t bad. I’m a very anxious person and they did a great job in calming me down. We were chatting away the whole time and I occasionally Natalia(nurse) was holding my hand when I got a bit overwhelmed.
Dr Comins was very attentive and was explaining each step as it happened. I only got my flanks done but was so surprised at how much fat came out. I had filled up both cylinders. However, everything after this step felt rushed. I was put into my garment and my blood pressure was checked and that was pretty much it. Dr Comins met with me in my way out to arrange a follow up appointment and I was out the door.
I went out for a quick meal, didn’t feel any pain and was also drugged up. Once I got home I had a nap and woke much later in the evening feeling pain( assuming the drugs have worn off).
I have my first MLD tomorrow so I’m excited to see how my body looks. So far I haven’t had a looks but I’m having to change my dressing regularly as I’m leaking like crazy.

After 2 years of debating whether or not to get this procedure done, I finally decided it’s time.
I chose to proceed with Dr Comins as I was drawn to his skills. I had my consultation on the 8/5/19 and opted to go through with getting Vaser on my flanks. He discouraged me from getting my upper abdomen done due to the weak elasticity of my skin which could result in an aged appearance.
He is extremely approachable and friendly and put my nerves to ease over the phone after I had a bit of a panic about side effects.
I’ve attached photos of my pre body and I am looking forward to updating you all with my results. Fingers crossed.
